    Video class will be conducted by using chatting software. Our suggestion is Skype; it is free and able to enhance the efficiency by face-to-face style. Its shared screen will allow both teacher and student while co-working on textbooks and other study materials. However, by the mutual agreement, another type of software can be used. If you are an existing Skype user, please go for it. If you are not; then download it from our website or mobile app store. Unlike the in-the-class teaching, the net speed is the x-factor to the quality of the online class. Make sure to have stable line and get headset or earphone ready to block possible noise. Simply by watching video from Youtube can simply diagnosis the status of your net connection.
  2. What happens if the screen freezes or voice is not playing well?

    Most of these problems are caused by slow speed. Voice call requires a data rate of approximately 10 kbps, and images does approximately 500 kbps. Although most network support this rate, make sure to have stable speed. It is instructive to stop other online works during our class. If class must be conducted under previous-mentioned circumstances, it can proceed by voice-only style without screen display; however, not recommended.     Skype does not have a recording function. It is your sole responsibility to prepare recording. What comes first is the portrait right of the teacher in recording. Make sure to have consent.
  6. What to do if I wish to quit ongoing package and jump onto another package?

    Consultation with present teacher must be done at first. By the mutual agreement, another package can be selected once ongoing package is stopped on the app or web. Remaining tuition will be calculated and refunded without discount according to number of student in the class.
  7. What if I want to change teacher while continuing ongoing package classes?

    Consultation with the teacher must follow. Remaining tuition will be calculated and refunded without student discount and number of class left. Please use the mobile app or the web to re-select the teacher for the package class. Contents can be discussed with the new teacher; but you cannot continue by taking over previous class. For example, assume first two classes out of 5-class package have been taken, then it is not allowed to start from the 3rd and must begin from the 1st with another teacher.
