I have watched this many times. I can't make out the exact meaning.

It's like the sound of gigling kkkkkk....
So under funny situation or  when you express your agreement someone's fun or funny situation, we koreans use this ㅋㅋㅋ. a lot
It's similar to ㅎ ㅎ ㅎ sounds like HAHAHA.
While ㅜ.ㅜmeans you are crying.
