Question about Korean greetings

Hello.
I am studying Korean now. However, I have a question about greetings.
I would like to know the difference between '어서 오십시오' and '빨리 와요'.

Hi. ‘어서 오십시오’ means ‘Welcome’ , Come on in, and ‘빨리 와요’  is not ‘Greeting’  it means  'come quickly' when someone is late or will be late.
