I know Korean has several expression for honorific.
Among 반갑습니다 and 반가워요, which is the better for the teachers?

반갑습니다 is more polite!! 반가워요 is a little bit polite than 반가워 so the politeness gets higher in this order : 반가워-반가워요-반갑습니다

반갑습니다 is more polite than 반가워요.
반가워요 use for a person who is close but older than me
