How is the weather in Seoul in February?
Please let me know what clothes I should prepare if I go on a trip to Seoul now.

well, it's kind of chilly so most people wear long clothes and thick outers like parkas. Today it snowed here in seoul!!
I think how it feel differs among many others though.

On the everage, the weather is chilly. You'd better wear a coat. It is good to wear multiple layers of light clothes in the winter.
