한국어는 높임법이 발달했습니다. 듣는 사람에 따라 높임법이 다른 표현을 사용합니다. 이 특징도 외국인이 한국어를 배울 때 아주 어려워하는 이유들 중에 하나입니다.

Now the last Korean feature.
The Korean language has developed a form of honorifics. The speaker uses a different homage depending on the listener. This feature is also one of the reasons why foreigners find it difficult to learn Korean.

아래에 몇 가지 표현들을 살펴보세요.

▪ commonly: 이름이 뭐야?
▪ respectful: 이름이 뭐에요?
▪ more respectful: 성함이 어떻게 되세요?

■ I love you.
